Why personal data?
By visiting our website or as a customer of Casaro, you share all kinds of personal data with us. You also share personal data when you contact our customer service. You don't have to worry about this. You can rest assured that we handle your personal data with care.

What is personal data?
Personal data is data that says something about you or that can be directly traced back to you. There are many types of personal data. Think of your name, address or e-mail address, but also the IP address of your computer is included. This therefore concerns all data that can be associated with you.

How does Casaro process personal data?
We need your personal data to be able to advise you as well as possible about our products and services, and to ensure that the sale or sale of these products and services runs as smoothly as possible. Legally speaking, processing is a broad concept. Processing consists of all actions that can be performed with personal data. Casaro processes personal data, among other things, by collecting, storing, changing, retrieving, using and providing personal data by forwarding or destroying data.

How does Casaro store personal data?
Casaro stores your personal data to the extent necessary to serve you, and to the extent necessary or permitted by law. Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted as soon as possible. Casaro works with secure and legally approved systems with which we protect your personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing.

With whom does Casaro share your personal data?
Casaro works carefully when processing your personal data. Your personal data is initially only available to Casaro. However, sometimes it is necessary that we share your personal data with others. There are therefore situations where it is necessary that your personal data is linked and checked with your personal data at partners.

How satisfied are you?
We also use your personal data for analysis to improve our services or, for example, to be able to contact you if there is a change in your order or the delivery time. It is also possible that you will be invited for an (online) customer satisfaction survey.

Casaro is happy to inform you
Casaro also uses your personal data – to the extent permitted by law – to inform you about products and/or services that may be of interest to you from companies affiliated with Casaro. We may also send you general information about Casaro that we think is relevant to you.

Do you no longer wish to receive commercial information?

You can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive commercial information. You can pass this on by sending an email to privacy@casaro.com. We will then no longer send you information. Please take into account some processing time.

Can your data be modified or removed?
You can always approach us with the request to view and/or correct, supplement, delete or block your personal data if it is factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. In addition, you can also invoke the right to be forgotten and data portability as described in the new GDPR. You can also object to the processing of your personal data.
