Casaro has a powder coating line with a length of no less than 450 metres. This makes our powder coating line one of the longest in the Netherlands.
This street is equipped for serial production. First of all, the parts are hung up and go through the washing street. The metal parts are degreased in the washing street. The parts are then dried in the oven and given the desired powder coating colour in the coating cabin.
Powder coating is the environmentally friendly alternative to wet paint. No solvents are used here.
During the spraying process, the excess powder is collected and 100% reused.
